WHO CAN APPLY?
Brands, independent creators, artists, institutions, media, program contributors and partners may submit an expression of interest.
APPLY TO PARTICIPATE
Submit an initial expression of interest. The PLANEX team will review the proposed route, constellation, presence, partnership scope and production requirements before confirming the next stage.

The PLANEX team reviews the applicant, proposal and requested participation route.

The appropriate sector, format and collaboration route are discussed.

SCOPE ALIGNMENT
Space, content, technical requirements, budget and timing are aligned.

ORGANIZER CONFIRMATION
The participation proposal is confirmed by the organizer.

ACCESS ACTIVATION
Credentials, production information and access details are issued.

An invitation is not simply permission to rent a booth. It is an entry into the PLANEX system, where the participant is connected to a sector, identity, presence format and production route. Submitting an application begins the review process but does not automatically confirm participation or access.
